The ground rules for working with Ravn - short, because agreements should be readable.
Last updated: October 2026
Every engagement starts with a written scope: deliverables, price, timeline and assumptions. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before anyone starts it.
Projects are billed per the milestones agreed in the scope. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments pause active work - we'll tell you before we pause anything.
Once the invoice is paid, the code and designs are yours. We keep the right to describe what we built in our portfolio, unless you've asked us not to.
If something we shipped is broken against the agreed scope, we fix it free within the warranty window stated in your agreement. New requirements are new scope.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the amount paid for the engagement in question. These terms are placeholders pending a reviewed agreement.
