When you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to put in the form: your name, email address and the details of your project. Our analytics, if enabled, record aggregate page views - never fingerprints, never cross-site profiles.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project and keep the books straight. We do not sell data, rent lists, or share your details with advertisers.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion at any time. Email us and we'll act on it within one business day.
